Order Cancellation

Cancellations after the same day are not guaranteed and depend on shipping status.
Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from the refund amount.

A clear picture of the product must be sent to us via WhatsApp to confirm:

It is unused and in its original condition with no damage or defects.

It is properly sealed and packaged for shipping. Unsealed items may be rejected by the courier.

Once we receive the returned product, our Quality Department will inspect it within 5 working days.

If approved, a refund or exchange will be processed.

If the product does not meet return conditions, it will be shipped back to you at your expense.

A 3% handling fee will be deducted from canceled orders originally paid by credit card.
